What are your contributions to the team?
Develop a detailed plan to support the sector's master plan by ensuring that planning tools are updated;
Communicate its sector plan and amendments;
Monitor and measure the adhesion to the plan of its sectors (Cycles and hours of delay);
Analyze the production cycle at the detailed plan level (per workstation) in order to monitor the progress of the activities of the final assembly and manufacturing line;
Analyze the deviations from production plans and propose solutions by applying planning strategies;
Understand the labor plan, component demand plan, work progress report, rate summary, positions, Industrial Engineering revenues and learning curve;
Coordinate recovery plan in situations of non-compliance or delay on the production line;
Participate in the development and implementation of different logistics strategies for all activities related to the finishing of interiors and which support production needs;
Plan the work to meet the planned day-to-day operations based on the capacity, plant constraints and profitability objectives of the company;
Support the process of managing changes affecting the product and translate these changes into detail plans;
Interact with several functions (production, internal and supply logistics, methods, industrial engineering and quality);
Participate in improvement projects (Achieving Excellence, 5S, Cost Reduction, Value-Added Production, etc.).
