Position Summary
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Manufacturing Engineer owning CNC Mill/Turn processes. As the Manufacturing Engineer you will ensure effective control over the method of manufacture for critical rotating aerospace components. The position will work with state-of-the-art CNC equipment which is considered world class in the aerospace manufacturing sector.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work in tandem with our manufacturing team directly on the shop floor devising, implementing and testing new strategies to help optimize productivity. You will have a strong understanding of compliance and adhering to safety and quality standards and reporting to senior management about any findings or proposals.
What you will be doing:
Safety - Ensure that manufacturing processes are in full compliance to Health, Safety & Environmental Standards and meet the expectations of the Zero Harm Program. Ensure that manufacturing processes are capable of achieving and sustaining the design intent, and that processes are followed so that our products and those of our suppliers conform to their specification.
