Are you our new Senior Manager Digital Governance Operations? As our new Senior Manager Digital Governance Operations, you will join Norwegian's newly established Group Digital & Regulatory Governance function within IT & Business Services, based at Fornebu, and take a central role in building and running our Group-wide capability for digital and regulatory governance across a complex international organisation. Reporting to the VP Group Digital Governance & Regulatory Affairs, you will be the senior operational lead for the function's prioritised governance and regulatory matters. You will help turn regulatory requirements and governance priorities into practical ways of working and drive coordinated implementation across the organisation. A key part of your role will be to bring structure and momentum to cross-functional matters, ensuring relevant stakeholders are involved, the necessary information is gathered, agreed actions are followed up and matters are escalated when necessary. Our scope includes GDPR and privacy, NIS2, Digitalsikkerhetsloven and related digital security regulation, the EU AI Act and AI governance, supplier and third-party governance, EASA Part-IS interfaces and other emerging digital regulation relevant to the Group. As we build this capability, you will also have a real opportunity to shape how we operate and support the organisation in practice.
