Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain governance policies (privacy, access, ethics, metadata, lineage)
Conduct risk and impact assessments for new data/AI use cases
Support access approval workflows and exception management
Ensure metadata completeness, taxonomy alignment, and catalog hygiene
Review AI/ML solutions for Responsible AI compliance
Partner with Legal, Cyber, and Compliance functions
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, Law, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
Formal training in Data Privacy, Information Security, Risk Management, or AI Ethics is preferred. Relevant certifications in Data Protection, Privacy, Governance, or Compliance frameworks are an advantage.
Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Privacy, Compliance, Risk, or Information Security roles.
Experience maintaining and operationalizing governance policies related to data privacy, access control, metadata standards, lineage, and AI ethics.
Experience conducting risk and impact assessments for new data initiatives, analytics use cases, or AI/ML deployments.
Experience supporting access approval workflows, policy exception handling, and compliance validation processes.
