Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Facilities & Development supports JetBlue's Infrastructure, Properties & Development activities at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), providing project coordination, facilities planning, analytical, and administrative support across airport development projects and ongoing facilities operations.
The Senior Analyst works in a project- and operations-oriented environment and supports a diverse portfolio that includes the FLL Terminal 5 Development Program, FLL BlueHouse Lounge development, existing FLL facilities operations, and other infrastructure, property, and development initiatives as assigned.
The role serves as a key coordination point between JetBlue stakeholders, Broward County Aviation Department (BCAD), consultants, contractors, business partners, and facilities personnel. Responsibilities include supporting project scope, schedule and budget management; coordinating facilities work orders and preventive maintenance activities; tracking operational and project issues; maintaining project and facilities documentation; supporting financial planning and reporting; and helping ensure timely resolution of facilities and development-related matters.
The Senior Analyst will provide flexibility to support changing priorities across FLL's active development and operating environment while helping improve project controls, facilities planning, stakeholder coordination, and administrative execution.
Essential Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of capital, infrastructure, and facilities initiatives, including the FLL Terminal 5 Development Program, FLL BlueHouse Lounge, and other assigned projects, from planning and design through construction, turnover, and closeout.
Support project controls and performance management by monitoring scope, schedule, budget, milestones, risks, decisions, financial activity, and other key project requirements and providing timely reporting and follow-up.
