About the role
To effectively manage assigned resources, departments and/or locations, ensuring that department or operational goals are achieved and processes and procedures are completed promptly and consistently. Ensures that all activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities may be within a country, across countries or regions.
Manage the governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of Services Center workgroup, achieving business-aligned objectives. Drive operational excellence, service quality, and vendor coordination to support enterprise workforce priorities and seamless employee experiences.
Lead operational delivery team to ensure consistent, high-quality HR service execution across the organization.
Build governance standards, controls, and end-to-end HR processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across HR systems.
Drive accurate and timely execution of HR programs, with ongoing monitoring and improvement of performance.
Partner with other HR teams and business stakeholders to align GCC solutions and capabilities with enterprise priorities.
Oversee issue resolution and escalation management, driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
Manage vendor coordination and performance.
Ensure scalable support models, training resources, and effective communication strategies to empower the workforce.
