Requirements and Qualifications
A320 Type Rating: Hold a valid and current A320 type rating.
Operator Conversion Course: Have successfully completed an EASA Operator Conversion Course with an airline.
Minimum Flight Experience:
First Officers (FOs): No minimum flight hours required on the A320.
Captains (CPs): Minimum 500 hours flight time on the A320.
Valid EASA ATPL or CPL(A): Hold a valid EASA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL(A)).
Class 1 Medical Certificate: Hold a current and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
No Incident/Accident Record: Provide a certificate confirming no incidents or accidents issued by the relevant authority or previous employer.
English Language Proficiency: ELP Level 4 or higher.
Right to Work in the EU: Hold the legal right to live and work within the European Union.
Background Clearance: Ability to provide a criminal record certificate.
Driving license: Hold a valid driving license.
