What You Will Do
Plan, organize and direct the facility’s product value streams to meet and exceed customer expectations in Quality and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
Implement LEAN production systems and processes that align with the Manufacturing Facility’s vision and objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory airworthiness and EH&S requirements.
Coordinate with other departments on matters such as customer requirements and material support to ensure the smooth operation of the workshop and achieve on-time delivery.
Meet key performance metrics, including EH&S, Quality, Financial, Productivity, Cost and Delivery commitments.
Establish and execute production budgets, cost-control management, labor efficiency, manpower deployment and productivity measurement, equipment capacity utilization and investment, and inventory cost plans.
Coach, counsel and appraise staff performance, manage disciplinary matters, identify workforce needs and develop talent.
Build employees’ capabilities through technical-skills competency training and experience-based learning.
Lead the site’s Lean Transformation journey, drive the CORE culture and support automation initiatives.
Collaborate on all Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Partner with relevant stakeholders to implement new product introductions.
