Job Description Summary
As the Engineering Production Module Leader of the Cold Section Module in Rotorcraft Turboprop Engineering organization, you will serve as a technical leader providing expertise in design & analysis processes, mentoring engineers, and fostering collaboration across global teams. You will be leading design and manufacturing support for military and commercial turboshaft engines such as the T700 and CT7 variants. The position integrates with the mechanical component design team and systems team while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and leading strategic and tactical efforts. Responsibilities include engineering execution, project leadership, and MRB (Material Review Board) duties, tagging documents, and ensuring adherence to business standards and delivering high-quality technical solutions.

Module leader and design engineer to support the T700/CT7 cold section module, Specifically, the front frame and main frame, along with other key clear-to-build constraints that could impact engine shipment readiness.
This position will cover all relevant commodities in the cold section including rotating parts, structures, cold airfoils, and clearances
This position will support collaboration with suppliers including additive, new machining sources, insourcing, casting strategies and will work to accelerate issue resolution, improve supplier alignment, and support capacity recovery.
