Located at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, HAECO Landing Gear Services offers a full range of inspection, repair, modification, overhaul, exchange and leasing services. Our authorized capabilities include the repair and overhaul of landing gear for the Boeing 737, 747, 767, 777 and 787, the Airbus A320, the Embraer E190/E195 and the Comac C909.
Position Description
Responsible for maintenance system compliance control, in-depth review of quality issues, continuous improvement of the quality management system, coordination of internal and external audits, quality risk control, etc. Support the organization to comply with CAAC/FAA/EASA airworthiness regulations, and achieve HAECO group's quality zero-accident and zero-violation targets, and deliver technical and system-level support for end-to-end quality compliance and safety control of landing gear maintenance.
What You'll Do
Responsible for the compilation, revision, replacement, dissemination and control management of the quality system manuals, ensuring that all documents comply with the requirements of airworthiness regulations such as CCAR-145, FAA Part 145, and EASA Part 145 etc.
Track the latest regulations and compliance requirements of the aviation authority, promptly update internal systems for alignment, maintain continuous validity of company qualifications, and mitigate compliance risks.
Handle the maintenance process, customer feedback, regulatory inspections, quality deviations identified during internal and external audits, recurring quality issues, unsafe incidents; lead the root cause analysis, and proficiently apply quality tools including 5WHY and fishbone diagrams to conduct in-depth reviews.
