Tasks
Drive process optimization & digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline operations
Manage mid-sized, cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery, scope control, and measurable business impact
Design a data- and fact-based steering framework to derive & prioritize initiatives supporting strategic goals
Analyze core processes & workflows to identify inefficiencies & implement scalable improvements
Leverage data analytics & performance metrics to assess & enhance process effectiveness
Ensure alignment of all initiatives with organizational priorities & strategic objectives
Requirements
Vocational training & 5 years or Bachelor & 3 years work experience
Strong analytical capabilities with solid background in process analysis & optimization
Excellent organizational & self management skills with the ability to prioritze multiple tasks effectively
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, combined with strong interpersonal abilities to enable effective cross functional collaboration
Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions based on facts, metrics & analysis
