We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior UX Design Specialist to join our product and engineering team. This role is ideal for a seasoned individual contributor who excels in creating intuitive, visually compelling, and user‑centric digital products.
You will lead design initiatives end‑to‑end —from conceptual exploration to high‑fidelity UI delivery—while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and global stakeholders.
The Senior UX Design Specialist will play a critical role in shaping user experience strategies, elevating design quality, and contributing to the evolution of our design system and product vision.
🛠️ What You Will Do
✨ Lead the UI design vision for the product, ensuring pixel‑perfect quality, visual consistency, and a coherent design language across complex workflows
✨ Create high‑fidelity UI designs, interaction flows, responsive layouts, typography systems, and design specifications
✨ Partner with customers, product teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant, intuitive, and scalable user experiences
✨ Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate implementation of UI elements and maintain design quality
✨ Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and design sprints to align on vision and direction
✨ Conduct usability testing, synthesize feedback, and drive iterative improvements throughout the product lifecycle
✨ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging UI technologies, tools, and UX methodologies to champion design excellence
✨ Contribute to internal design guidelines, documentation, and reusable patterns
