As a Technology Experience Specialist (UI/UX), you will work with Product Owners, Technology Partners, Developers, and business stakeholders to design intuitive and effective digital experiences that solve complex business and user needs. You will focus on complex, data-rich B2B and enterprise applications, simplifying sophisticated workflows and translating business processes, user needs, and technical constraints into clear, usable experiences. You will bring strong experience in design systems, contributing to consistent and scalable experiences, and apply service design principles to improve end-to-end journeys across people, processes, data, and technology. Your design decisions will be informed by user research, usability testing, accessibility, data, and UX best practices. Strong expertise in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools is essential.
In this role, you will
Work with a team of cross-functional experts to deliver user research, visual prototypes, and usability testing.
Drive adoption of the Experience Design playbook across the broader teams of Technical Product Management, Architecture, and Development.
Leverage practice thinking to help continuously improve tools and methods that go into the continuous improvement of the experience design playbook.
Participate in and help facilitate design thinking workshops and training sessions.
Deliver the user experience of all non-customer-facing products, from the creation of design concepts to the final launch of the product, as well as post-launch monitoring and analysis.
Act as an advocate of the product to the users, imparting insight into the product’s value and usability.
Work with specialists to ensure all products have baseline usability measures that serve as a benchmark to improve upon while product improvements are made.
