Job Description
Pay & Benefits:
Pay of $35.77 to $35.77 per hour*, plus $8.50/hr. A&P Premium for A&P licenses. With the opportunity for future increase per applicable collective bargaining agreement wage scale. Opportunities for overtime and shift premiums.

Want to help planes stay ready to fly while working out on the ramp? Aircraft Maintenance Technicians at Southwest work outside on the ramp to inspect and repair planes during overnight hours. They check systems, fix issues, and make sure each aircraft is ready for its next flight. Working closely with Technical Operations and Airport Teams, they help keep our schedule running smoothly.
