Job Description
The Program Management Excellence (PMX) team within the Maritime Sector is looking to fill a Functional Lead role. The successful candidate should be an experienced Program Manager and Operations Manager who is well-versed in People, Process, and Tools best practices within the Aerospace & Defense industry. The successful candidate will serve as the enabler for Operations execution across all programs in the Sector. The candidate must be able to lead cross-functionally with the other members of the Maritime PMX staff, operations functional partners and the sector’s IPTs to drive predictable program performance.
Essential Functions
Drive and support predictable performance across all sector programs for the Operations function
Manage Sector CAM training & certification for the Operations function
Partner with program, other IPT members with Operations function to support ensure executable baseline plan (cost and schedule)
Drive and support program baseline planning for the Operations function
