About the role
Job Purpose
To support the day-to-day Staff Travel function by processing and coordinating staff travel bookings and related benefits in accordance with Company policies, staff entitlements, and established procedures.
Key Result Responsibilities
Process Airline Ticketing & Reservation requests for Staff Travel purposes in line with Staff Travel Policy.
Liaise with travel agencies and hotel suppliers to get all flight bookings & hotel bookings processed for staff duty travel requirements.
Makes and communicates all arrangements and reservations as requested, verifying that travel arrangements are within approved travel reasons and budget limits.
Maintains records on utilization of tickets & hotel bookings in an excel file until availability of system.
Verifies accuracy of data maintained on tickets issued and costs involved.
Maintain MYID partners refund report and liaise with the revenue department for the refund request.
Use GDS (Galileo), Internet, and vendor websites to research pricing and check the best options available for making bookings.
Ensures all necessary approvals are in place from respective Line Managers / HODs for duty travel requests a,nd expenses that exceed established limits.
Maintain required reports on all transactions processed for recruitment & duty travel purposes, expense summaries, and operational performance reports.

Coordinate with all relevant Air Arabia internal stakeholders, as required, when processing duty travel, annual tickets, and recruitment-related requests.
Stay updated with the latest developments in the travel technology industry. Use AI-powered tools to improve productivity, research, communication, itinerary preparation, and data analysis.
Monitor travel costs and identify opportunities to optimize expenses without compromising crew comfort or operational requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of crew information and follow company security and data-protection procedures.
Provide rotational support when required, particularly during operational disruptions.
