Job Description
The Learning Operations Specialist supports Southwest University by delivering training operations, learner support, and Learning Management System administration that enable a seamless learning experience across the Company. They’ll manage registrations, enrollments, training records, certifications, compliance reporting, and training communications while partnering with Program Managers, Instructors, Trainers, vendors, and business Stakeholders. They’ll proactively resolve issues, coordinate training events, and support successful program delivery across multiple priorities. The Learning Operations Specialist leverages strong customer service, analytical, problem‑solving, and technical skills to build relationships, adapt to new technologies and processes, and deliver an exceptional learning experience for Employees.

Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX headquarters facility during business hours.
