We are looking for a Maintenance Controller to work within the BDUK Vertical Lift MRO Team in the delivery of Apache Phase Maintenance at Middle Wallop.
Reporting directly to the Support Manager, this is a key role which provides accountability and management of the Apache Phase maintenance events. This is enabled by having control, oversight and supervision of a multidiscipline team of maintenance control staff to carry out the planning, day-to-day oversight, and control of the maintenance event.

Responsibilities
MRO Maintenance controllers will be responsible for the delivery and execution of Phase Maintenance and/or modification upgrades on aircraft or multiple aircraft within the operational environment, all of which will be detailed as their responsibility boundary by the Support Manager
For the leadership of the Maintenance Planning and Control Team to deliver the assigned input
For ensuring their team understand the requirements, with regard to work undertaken/completed, having been carried out in accordance with the relevant planned work instruction, Engineering Instruction or ATP.
To ensure sufficient resource is available to meet aircraft schedule milestones and on time completion of work, with due consideration to HF (personnel, tooling and spares).
Customer interface during the aircraft maintenance event.
To manage the integration of emerging and agreed additional work within the scheduled work load.
