Primary Responsibilities:
Define and maintain risk-based test strategies, plans, scope, schedules, entry and exit criteria, and quality deliverables for assigned initiatives.
Review business requirements, acceptance criteria, solution designs, and customer journeys to identify gaps, dependencies, and quality risks early in the development lifecycle.
Coordinate end-to-end testing across quality engineers, developers, product teams, business users, vendors, and other stakeholders without direct people-management accountability.
Ensure appropriate coverage of functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, usability, accessibility, performance, and other applicable testing areas.
Oversee test execution and defect governance, including documentation, prioritization, triage, escalation, retesting, and closure of issues.
Assess the business and customer impact of defects, constraints, and residual risks, and provide evidence-based recommendations on release readiness.
Establish and monitor quality metrics covering test progress, coverage, defects, risk exposure, testing effort, and release health; translate results into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with quality governance standards, controls, templates, documentation, and evidence requirements across assigned initiatives.
