Position Overview:
The CORE Manager is responsible for driving functional expertise and leadership within the Asia Pacific Aftermarket Operations. This role aligns global goals with broader business strategies, particularly in CORE initiatives. The CORE Manager formulates, evaluates, and implements both short- and long-term CORE strategic and tactical plans, ensuring all initiatives contribute to operational excellence and align with business objectives.

Drive Execution of CORE/SPS Initiatives: Ensure alignment of Aftermarket Operations’ CORE and Standard Production Systems (SPS) initiatives with business strategies
Develop and Implement CORE/SPS Plans: Develop, evaluate, and implement strategic and tactical CORE/SPS plans, setting clear short- and long-term goals aligned with business priorities.
Oversee CORE Control Room (CCR) Implementation: Oversee the implementation of CORE Control Rooms (CCR) across Aftermarket Operations, ensuring successful rollout and full integration into operational processes.
Partner with Digital Transformation Teams: Collaborate with Digital Transformation teams to deploy visual management tools, such as tier boards, to strengthen Standard Production Systems (SPS) and support continuous operational improvements.
