Position Summary
As a core part of Jet Aviation’s talent strategy, the Jet Aviation Academy will strengthen the consistency, visibility, and quality of learning across the organization. Working with business functions and subject-matter experts, the Academy will ensure that training reflects business priorities, operational realities, and regulatory requirements.
Jet Aviation is seeking a Manager, Regional Training to lead Academy delivery across EMEA, the US, and APAC. You will help establish an important capability from the ground up by connecting existing training expertise and making learning easier to access, deliver, measure, and improve.
In this role, you will translate business and regulatory needs into a focused regional training program while connecting global standards with regional requirements. This position is ideal for an experienced learning and development professional who combines great leadership with practical execution and is comfortable working across functions, cultures, and locations.
This role is an office-based position, on a hybrid schedule, working at least four times weekly from the office. Our ideal candidate will work from our location in West Palm Beach, FL.
Your Role
Drive regional training delivery: Build and manage the annual training plan and calendar in partnership with business leaders, HR, Training Program Owners, and regional leadership. Identify opportunities for shared cohorts, reusable learning assets, common vendors, and more efficient delivery models.
