What you will be doing:
• Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
• Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
• Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
• Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
• Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
What do you bring with you:
• Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
• Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail
• Be energetic and enthusiastic
• Have a strong customer focus
• Have good communication skills
Flexibility and availability to work across different shifts, including nighttime hours, in line with operational requirements

The annual gross salary for this position ranges from 32K Euro to €38,7k Euro Offer may therefore increase based on several factors, including professional experience, technical skills, educational background, soft skills, attitude, and how well the profile aligns with the responsibilities and objectives of the role
