Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Gulfstream G800 Captain to join our flight operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to operate one of the world’s most advanced ultra-long-range business jets while delivering the highest standards of safety, professionalism and VIP service.
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the G800, working closely with the Director of Flight Operations and the wider flight operations team.
Approximately 250 flight hours per year are expected, with extensive international and VIP operations.
Main Responsibilities
Assume overall responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, crew, passengers and cargo.
Conduct all flights in accordance with the company’s Operations Manual, SOPs, applicable regulations and industry best practices.
Exercise sound command judgement and maintain the highest standards of flight safety and operational discipline.
Ensure all required checklists, procedures and operational requirements are strictly followed.
Maintain precise navigation and ensure compliance with applicable minimum altitudes, aircraft limitations and operating procedures.
Manage fuel planning and ensure adequate fuel reserves are maintained throughout the flight.
Coordinate and effectively manage the flight crew to ensure excellent CRM and airmanship.
Maintain close coordination with the cabin crew to ensure all cabin safety and passenger requirements are met.
