Job Description
Manage the end-to-end administration, control, and distribution of Etihad's global sponsorship ticketing assets across a portfolio of sports and entertainment partnerships. The role is responsible for tracking ticket inventory, coordinating allocations, managing ticket issuance processes, maintaining accurate records across multiple systems, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient and compliant delivery of sponsorship tickets and hospitality assets. The position also drives process improvements, reporting automation, and operational efficiencies to enhance service delivery.
Manage the end-to-end administration, tracking, and distribution of Etihad's sponsorship ticketing assets, including both physical and digital tickets across a global portfolio of sports and entertainment partnerships.
Coordinate ticket requests, approvals, allocations, issuance, and delivery, ensuring accurate records, compliance with governance requirements, and effective control of ticket inventory.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, sponsorship partners, ticketing agencies, rights holders, and event organisers to ensure smooth ticket fulfilment and issue resolution.
Maintain and manage ticketing data across multiple systems, producing accurate reports, dashboards, and tracking tools to support operational planning and decision-making.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and efficiencies within ticketing operations, reporting, and administrative workflows.
Support the planning and delivery of sponsorship events and hospitality programmes by coordinating ticketing requirements, stakeholder communications, and operational logistics.
Contribute to sponsorship-related projects and system enhancements, ensuring tickets and hospitality assets are managed efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails.
Qualifications
