Tasks
We are looking for a motivated Purchasing Associate to join our team and support purchasing and operational activities within an aviation environment. This junior role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain coordination and supplier collaboration.
When you join our team, you will:
Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with external Lufthansa Technik suppliers.
Monitor the supply chain of aircraft materials to ensure timely processing and delivery.
Manage repair parts workflows and track performance according to agreed KPIs.

Support the resolution of operational issues and ensure smooth workflow execution.
Contribute to process improvements and support purchasing and operational activities within the team.
Requirements
You match our need, if you have:
University degree (or last year student)
Very good English knowledge (both written and spoken)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Customer-oriented, proactive and able to work well in a multicultural environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Flexibility regarding workload, working hours and occasional business travel.
