Intermediate, Quality Control Inspector - Level B (Afternoon Shift)
Primary Responsibilities
Internal and External Audits: Participate in the preparation, execution, and assessment of compliance activities related to AS9100D and customer-specific requirements.
Quality Management System (QMS) Support: Maintain and support the ongoing effectiveness of the Business Process Management System (BPMS) and conduct Internal Layered Process Audits.
Quality Assurance Activities: Lead and support key quality processes, including Material Review Board (MRB) and containment activities but not limited to this aspect.
Continuous Improvement: Apply quality tools, data analysis, and risk-based thinking to improve processes, eliminate ambiguity, and enhance the effectiveness of the QMS.
Quality Metrics and Reporting: Compile, analyze, and report quality performance data. Develop charts, graphs, dashboards, and quality reports to support decision-making.
Standards and Compliance: Stay current with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations impacting the QMS.
Inspection and Verification: Perform inspections, tests, and audits of purchased parts, materials, equipment, assemblies, and quality control programs to ensure compliance with specifications.
