Job Overview and Responsibilities
The Tech Ops Station Supervisor is responsible for oversight and ownership of a 24/7 operation encompassing operational, administrative, and technical areas. This role ensures the highest level of product delivery while maintaining compliance with FAA requirements and Company guidelines. The Tech Ops Station Manager supervises and coordinates all maintenance activities at their location, working directly with regulatory authorities, airport authorities, and vendors to ensure regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will be required to set a standard of excellence through their actions and decisions, fostering a culture of responsibility and high achievement.
Provide leadership and direction to maintenance organization, (including MX, GSE, FX, JL where applicable) and labor workforce to maximize productivity and output in accordance with collective bargaining agreements while ensuring necessary resources are available
Ensure safety and security of aircraft and operations
Execute station performance goals, environmental goals, and objectives aligning with divisional and company goals
Ensure regulatory compliance of Technical Operations activities to achieve maximum productivity and cost control
Track and analyze station performance
Order and secure required station supplies, process monthly invoices and manage local budget
