Key Responsibilities
Plan, analyse, design and deliver civil and structural engineering projects for airport and infrastructure developments.
Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, design specifications, drawings, tender documents, and project-specific technical requirements.
Carry out structural analysis and design for buildings, civil infrastructure, and airport-related facilities.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, clients, and stakeholders throughout project implementation.
Manage project deliverables to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion.
Liaise with local authorities and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
Perform engineering support during construction, including site supervision, inspections, technical reviews, and resolution of site issues.
Ensure all engineering works comply with applicable statutory requirements, codes of practice, regulations, and industry standards.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
Support project management activities, including contract administration, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil & Structural Engineering from a university recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Singapore or actively pursuing PE registration will be an advantage.
Candidates with greater experience may be considered for Senior Engineer or Principal Engineer or Technical Director positions.
