Program Management
Executes program initiatives that adhere to
organizational objectives and strategies
Plans the overall program and monitors
progress to make sure that key milestones are being met across the various
projects within the program
Maintains a fully integrated,
cross-functional program view while balancing technical and business
needs
Leads the development and continual
refinement of program, project, and resource management protocols, tools and
services to better suit organizational requirements.
Analyzes, evaluates, and minimizes program
risks, produces program status reports for management and stakeholders
Oversees multiple project teams and ensures
that program goals are achieved
Works closely with project sponsor,
cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop
scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new
initiatives within the program
Facilitates the creation of business cases
and/or project scope to analyze feasibility of a proposed initiative and make
recommendations to Management.
Ensures adoption and implementation of
appropriate program and project management methodology/ies, i.e. Waterfall,
Agile, and oversees project management coaching,
Advises and assists the project teams on the
best use of program, project, and resource management disciplines and
approaches in the project
