Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking a Manager Engineering Technical Support – Level 1 to join our team in Redondo Beach, CA. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
Leads a hands-on manufacturing team responsible for antenna development, integration, build, and test from prototype through production.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Uses performance data such as yield, first pass yield, cycle time, and defect trends to improve processes and standardize work.
Provides staffing, work assignment, coaching, and performance management for technicians while fostering a safe, high-performance team environment.
Oversees daily technical support for antenna hardware and electronics, including radome, wing, and antenna assy with accompanying machine shop support.
Partners with RF and antenna design, Antenna and Electronics assy (M2N) test, quality, and supply chain teams to execute on both flight and IRAD hardware.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3 years of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
