Job Summary As a HR Business Partner, you will provide specialist advice and support across employee relations, workplace relations and industrial relations matters within the business. Working closely with operational leaders, you will assist in managing workplace issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and industrial instruments, and supporting fair and consistent people management practices. This role is ideally suited to an experienced workplace relations or employee relations practitioner who enjoys managing complex people matters in a fast-paced operational environment. You will play a key role in supporting investigations, disciplinary processes, performance management matters, workplace complaints, industrial issues and Fair Work related matters, while partnering with leaders to minimise risk and achieve practical workplace outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Industrial Relations and key stakeholders across the business, you will contribute to a positive workplace culture through the provision of practical, commercially focused and legally compliant advice.
