Shape the technology that powers how we attract, hire, and grow talent! As an Analyst, HR Technology – Talent & Recruiting, you'll own the day-to-day performance of our talent, recruiting, performance, and talent experience platforms, from configuration and testing to issue resolution and ongoing enhancements.
You'll play a key role in implementing and managing our Talent Management System, partnering closely with Talent, Recruiting, IT and business stakeholders to keep platforms running smoothly and to bring roadmap initiatives to life. It's an opportunity to build scalable, human-centered solutions that make the experience better for candidates, team members, and HR stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and support Oracle Fusion Talent, Performance, and Recruiting module configuration, maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Lead implementation activities for new Talent Experience Platform and support ongoing platform ownership after implementation.
Partner with Talent, Recruiting, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support regression testing, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and release readiness to ensure smooth, reliable system changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve tickets related to Core HR, Compensation, data, security, and reporting.
Prepare for and support Oracle release activities, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
Develop and maintain clear process documentation, including configuration notes, administrative procedures, and status updates on open requests, enhancements, and deliverables.
Create training materials that support user adoption and understanding of system changes.
Analyze business processes to recommend improvements and identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.
Contribute to broader Oracle HCM roadmap initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.
Minimum Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
