The RPA System Administrator is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and administration of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) infrastructure and systems within the UiPath Orchestrator framework. This role ensures the smooth functioning of automated processes, provides technical support, and coordinates with development teams to maintain optimal system performance.

ABOUT THE JOB
Ensure stable RPA operations through daily robot monitoring, issue resolution, robot start/stop activities, backup support, and ongoing maintenance of automated production environments. RPA has been categorized as a Pio 2 system, for which an 8-hour restoration time has been agreed. RPA is essential for the finance department and other areas to function.
Ensure compliance with security and data protection requirements, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to avoid penalties imposed by the government.
Responsibilities include managing RPA infrastructure and production resources, including licenses, virtual machine capacity, management server updates and server configuration, such as folders, assets, users and SSO settings. The role will ensure that TUI uses resources in the most effective and cost-efficient way.
Support secure access and system governance by handling Office 365 app access changes, reviewing access requests, validating ERP authorizations, and contributing to audit and compliance activities.
