Interim People Partner - Change & Integration
Reports to People Director, Stansted Airport (STN)
Based at Stansted Airport with some occasional travel to Manchester or East Midlands airports
Full time, Monday to Friday
Hybrid working, 2 days p.w. from home.

The role
Provide People leadership to establish the STN Change & Integration function and integrated STN operating model, translating the emerging design and priority transformation programmes into a practical people plan. Working with the People Director, Change & Integration Director and Major Programme Delivery Director, the role will lead organisation design, workforce planning, change, capability, employee relations and engagement, while ensuring sustainable handover into business as usual.
