We are seeking a NDT II to join our San Marcos team.
Shift Structure
2nd shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 - 11:30P
What You Will Do
Perform nondestructive testing (NDT) inspections in accordance with approved procedures, specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
Conduct Level II examinations using applicable NDT methods, such as:
o Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
o Dye Penetrant Testing (PT)
o X-ray
Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain NDT equipment and accessories.
Evaluate and interpret test indications in accordance with applicable acceptance criteria.
Document inspection results accurately, including test parameters, equipment identification, calibration information, and findings.
Prepare clear and complete inspection reports and maintain required inspection records.
Identify nonconforming conditions and communicate inspection findings to supervisors, engineers, quality personnel, and customers as appropriate.
