About the role

Job Description We are looking for an organized, proactive, and service-oriented Operations and Administration Coordinator to support the ongoing activity of our departments at Ben Gurion Airport. Position scope: 70% part-time position. This role is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and managing the administrative and operational support framework that enables smooth day-to-day departmental activity, including training coordination, qualifications tracking, procedures, logistics, employee services, welfare activities, and interfaces with headquarters teams. Administrative and Operational Coordination Coordinate, monitor, and support administrative and operational processes shared across departments at Ben Gurion Airport. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, summaries, and working documents according to departmental needs. Support the follow-up of decisions, tasks, and timelines, while identifying gaps and escalating them to the relevant stakeholders. Training, Certifications, and Qualifications Coordinate and manage the administrative aspects of training programs, certifications, authorizations, and refresher sessions. Monitor employee qualifications, approval validity, and completion of training requirements. Maintain databases and produce control reports related to training and qualification status. Procedures, Documentation, and Control Coordinate, update, and distribute procedures, guidelines, and professional documents. Track completion of “read and sign” processes, required documentation, and recordkeeping activities. Assist in preparation for audits and inspections, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions. Logistics, Employee Services, and Welfare Coordinate logistics, procurement, equipment, and employee service needs across departments. Work with suppliers and headquarters units to support ongoing operational requirements. Coordinate welfare activities, team-building days, and departmental events.
