ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
From day one, you’ll join Emirates Group in a permanent role and begin a structured 24-month development journey within our Information Technology function.
Depending on your qualifications, skills and business needs, you may join an area such as Quality Engineering, Service Management, Product Management, Architecture, Delivery, Software Engineering, Technology Operations, Employee Digital Experience or Innovation.
In your role, you’ll contribute to real business projects and build practical experience alongside experienced technology professionals, while seeing first-hand how technology supports our customers and global operations.
Throughout the programme, you will:
Build hands-on technology experience: Apply your knowledge to real business challenges and develop practical expertise in your area.
Make a meaningful contribution: Work on technology solutions that improve customer experiences, enable our global operations and help shape the future of aviation and travel.
Learn from experienced professionals: Build your capabilities through on-the-job experience, coaching, mentorship and structured learning.
