Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) are looking for Shipside Operations Specialists (Production Support) to support the 737 Northline Manufacturing team onsite in Everett, Washington.
Our team is currently hiring Experienced and Senior level Shipside Operations Specialists.
Position Responsibilities
Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Analyzes and interprets data
Provides feedback on assessment results
Assist organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact issues
Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issues
Facilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open items
Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates
Works under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
3+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
3+ years of experience working in operations analysis or operations research
3+ years of experience in a role that required excellent communication, collaboration, networking, and interpersonal skills
3+ years of experience in a role that required strong problem solving and analytical skills
Typical Education / Experience
Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
