Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPT) to join our team in Dulles, VA or McLean, VA. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
This role has the authority to make engineering project management decisions and recommendations that have an impact on new business, program performance, design, development, and mission operations. You will be guiding a team of technical engineers to resolve problems that occur across the program’s lifecycle. This role reports to the program Engineering PM (EPM) and works with the program Chief Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer (LSE)/Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) Lead, and the Program Management Office (PMO) to deliver on program and stakeholder commitments.
This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
In this job, you will:
Deliver on all product team deliverables within cost and schedule, while meeting contractual programmatic and technical requirements and stakeholder expectations
Utilize Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to analyze work progress, address variances, and appropriately react to ensure successful program performance
