You will lead training sessions, conduct comprehensive pre- and post-flight briefings, and serve as a subject matter expert across assigned aircraft platforms.CAE is a global leader in modelling, simulation, and training for civil aviation. Deliver flight simulator and ground school training in accordance with regulatory requirements, CAE curricula, and customer expectations.
Conduct professional and comprehensive pre- and post-flight simulator briefings.
Serve as a subject matter expert for client training and internal course development.
Complete training records and other required administrative documentation accurately and promptly.
Maintain all required instructional qualifications.
Assess learner progress and recommend remedial training when appropriate.
Provide instruction for licences, type ratings, certificates, and internal qualifications across one or more aircraft types.
Following approximately 18 months in the role, and subject to business needs, pursue qualification as a Training Center Evaluator and customer contract check airman.
Participate in CAE’s comprehensive instructor development program.
