About the role
As a Payroll Manager, you will lead payroll operations by ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with applicable payroll regulations. You'll oversee end-to-end payroll processing, maintain payroll systems and controls, support your team, and drive continuous improvements to payroll operations while delivering high-quality service to employees and the business.
This role requires proven capabilities and experience in multinational payroll manamgement, as well as relevant experience in adapting to global reporting models.

You'll help maintain payroll compliance, support employees with payroll-related inquiries, oversee payroll systems, and provide leadership to the payroll team while identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes.
Essential Functions
Payroll Operations: Manage and oversee the payroll process for all employees, including payroll data entry, verification, and distribution of payroll payments.
Payroll Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and laws, including filing requirements and reporting.
Payroll System Administration: Administer and maintain the payroll system, ensuring data integrity, system updates, and resolution of payroll-related issues.
Benefits Administration: Coordinate and oversee employee benefits deductions, contributions, and payroll reconciliations.
Payroll Audits & Reporting: Conduct regular audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance, and prepare payroll reports for management and external auditors as required.
Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters, deductions, tax implications, and other payroll-related questions in a timely and professional manner.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve payroll operations by implementing best practices and automation where appropriate.
