HR PROJECTS MANAGER
As a Human Resources Projects Manager at SpaceX, you’ll be responsible for leading critical projects that improve how we operate, grow, and support our teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is deeply curious about how things work, and enjoys solving complex problems across people, process, and data. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners, Corporate Business Operations, and business leaders to deliver initiatives that drive efficiency, consistency, and impact across the organization. We’re looking for someone with a strong HR foundation who can think strategically, execute precisely, and partner effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design and execution of HR projects and initiatives across functions, geographies, and teams
Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand challenges and identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and programs. Support and collaborate with HR Business Partners on projects/initiatives they are leading
Drive projects from planning through implementation—scoping goals, building timelines, identifying key milestones, and managing communications
Use data to define success metrics, monitor project progress, and inform recommendations
Collaborate with the HR Data team to surface and analyze trends that inform decision-making
Help develop and implement solutions that make HR processes more scalable, consistent, and aligned with company priorities
Support organizational change efforts, including restructuring, realignments, and other transformation work
Ensure projects align with company culture, business strategy, and compliance expectations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in HR or program management
