Our Procurement & Logistics teams deliver strategic sourcing, supply chain and logistics services across the Group, ensuring value, quality, continuity of supply and operational excellence!
As a Senior Supply Chain Assistant in the Group Procurement & Supply Chain Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective control, availability, and distribution of stock by coordinating replenishment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and fulfilling operational requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
This role operates across multiple Emirates Group facilities throughout Dubai and is not based at a single fixed location. In this role you will
Maintain accurate physical and system inventory through stock counts, reconciliation of discrepancies and effective control of stock movements.
Coordinate the picking, packing, transfer and distribution of stock to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment across departments and locations.
Validate employee uniform requirements and entitlements, coordinate issuance and replacements, and ensure accurate recording of all related inventory transactions.
Validate departmental stock requirements and coordinate the accurate preparation, processing and distribution of materials in line with operational requirements.
Monitor stock levels, consumption, stock cover and demand to maintain optimum availability while minimising excess inventory and identifying potential shortages.
Prepare stock requisitions based on demand and inventory requirements, monitor open orders and follow up with buyers and suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
Receive and verify stock against purchase orders and approved specifications, escalating quantity, quality or specification discrepancies as required.
Qualification
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
Have completed 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
Have 3+ years of experience in non-aircraft procurement.
