Job Summary:
The GSE Technician is an advanced level maintenance position responsible for independently performing complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Ground Support Equipment (GSE). This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to interpret wiring diagrams and hydraulic schematics, and the capability to resolve high-impact equipment issues with minimal supervision.
Technicians will contribute to reliability improvements, while ensuring equipment is safe, compliant, and ready for daily operations. This role fits seamlessly into your competency-based career ladder and progression framework.
Pay Range - $36-$40 CAD per hour

Job Duties:
· Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems across all GSE types.
· Complete complex repairs including engine work, hydraulic system rebuilds, electrical harness repairs, brake system overhauls, and major component replacements.
· Interpret and apply OEM manuals, wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics, and diagnostic flowcharts.
