ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As an Associate Software Developer within the Technology and Engineering Borders department, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and operational readiness of hardware-integrated software products. You will test complete product workflows across software, devices, and supporting infrastructure, investigate defects, and collaborate with development, product, and delivery teams to improve product quality.
This is an Associate Software Developer role suited to a candidate with approximately 1 to 2 years of relevant software testing and automation experience. Due to the hands-on nature of the product and access to specialist hardware and test environments, the role requires working from the office five days per week. Occasional travel to other offices, laboratories, customer sites, or deployment locations may also be required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create, maintain, execute, and review functionality, integration, system, regression, and hardware software test cases.
Validate end-to-end product workflows involving embedded systems, biometric or peripheral devices, gates, kiosks, monitoring applications, and backend services.
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites using AI-driven automation techniques to improve test coverage, efficiency, and quality.
