Job Summary
Ensures that the areas of Program Management and Commercial Management across the Business Line operate in a compliant and best practice manner by:
defining, developing, maintaining and driving adherence to standard, best practice methodologies, processes and tools
ensuring adherence to corporate and regulatory governance
ensuring consistent and transparent reporting across the Business Line program portfolio
Provide decision support information and support the development of a mature Programme Management and Commercial (PMC) organization.
Job Responsibilities
Provides functional leadership and guidance to Program Management & Commercial (PM&C) teams across the global Civil Aerostructures business by:
Defining and deploying best practices to ensure consistency and excellence in PM&C activities.
Driving adherence to standards and governance through the development and embedding of robust processes.
Offering professional support, coaching, and functional guidance to PM&C staff worldwide to enable their success.
Supporting the Talent Review process from a PM&C perspective to ensure the right resources, skills, and capabilities are in place to deliver functional and business strategies.
Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement effective tools and templates that enhance PM&C processes.
Identifying training needs and overseeing deployment of relevant courses across the global Civil Aerostructures business.
