As a Cargo Operations Services Officer, you will execute Cargo Handling Operations Services tender and contract activities, ensuring timely technical, contractual, and operational evaluations. You will also support station start-ups, Ground Handling Agent (GHA) changes, and supplier performance across the network, while maintaining tender tools and standard agreements for consistent execution.
In this role, you will:
Execute tenders in coordination with Group Procurement & Supply Chain (GPSC), Regional Manager Operations (RMO), and Cargo Managers, ensuring adherence to established tender processes. Conduct technical and compliance assessments using standard evaluation tools and compile operational evaluations and scoring with key stakeholders.
Plan and execute site inspections, operational readiness reports, and transition plans for new GHAs in coordination with RMOs and outstation teams. Collaborate with route management, training, systems, and local cargo managers to ensure smooth operational transitions.
Participate in supplier negotiations as assigned, providing operational input in line with procurement policies and business requirements. Compile service requirements, ensure alignment with Emirates SkyCargo's operational and financial objectives, and develop and execute start-up and changeover plans.
Collate GHA performance data from multiple sources to identify Service Level Agreement (SLA) gaps across safety, customer service, claims, and operational efficiency. Report performance issues to the Cargo Handling Services & Performance Manager and Cargo Operations Ser…
