Job Description
The Principal, Program Management role within the Strategic Capture organization is responsible for developing and leading capture teams and activities for strategic pursuits within Mission Critical Ccommunications (MCC). This role is pivotal in ensuring key pursuits in MCC’s growth plan are planned, executed and transitioned successfully to execution teams. The role is also a critical position within our common capture process providing collaboration with the Business Development and Sales organization on opportunities with significant impact to MCC. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and leadership as well as a strong customer focus.
Essential Functions
Identify, plan and execute campaign and capture strategies in support of strategic pursuits and overall growth strategies
Lead cross functional teams in the execution of capture activities including development of win strategy, customer engagement plans, requirements shaping, delivery of customer artifacts and activities (RFIs, RFPs, whitepapers, etc.) and internal Gate reviews
Work collaboratively with the regional sales teams, program management and engineering to develop and capture near-term and long-term international growth opportunities
