About the Job
The Analyst - Cargo Business Intelligence role supports operational and strategic decision-making for cargo revenue recovery through data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence solutions. This position collects, models, interprets, and analyzes disputes and collections data to identify trends, explain variances, and determine the root causes behind recurring cases. The role supports resolution of disputes and claims, participates in customer-facing collection calls, and partners with stakeholders across the organization to deliver actionable insights, maintain high-quality data, and develop reporting tools that support data-driven decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional looking to broaden capabilities while contributing to impactful business initiatives.
