Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Sales Support Office. This role drives the seamless delivery of sales, group, and trade-related services. Key responsibilities include managing central communication inboxes, resolving trade queries, handing groups queries under established guidance, and ensuring strict compliance with internal processes and service standards.
Support the Sales Support and Trade Support teams by handling sales, trade and group-related queries, completing administrative activities accurately, managing shared communication inboxes and correspondence, and escalating complex or non-standard issues in line with agreed guidelines.
Coordinate group and sales requests, including quotations, approvals, space requests, waivers and ticketing activity, by liaising with Pricing and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing.
